APPOINTMENT POLICY:

 

• A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all appointments. 

• The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

• Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will forfeit the $50 deposit or will be charged a $50 fee.

• We currently do NOT charge for late appointment arrival, but if you are late by 20 minutes, you will forfeit your appointment time, a $50 no-show fee will be charged, and any deposit WILL NOT be refunded. Please be mindful of your technician's time. 

• Deposit will be forfeited if you no show, cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour cancellation period.

• SNOW EMERGENCY POLICY: Unless the salon is closed due to Snow Emergency, last minute cancellation fees still apply! Our technicians are also coming from different parts of the metro area and we would like to be mindful that they spent their time coming to the salon to help you with your beauty needs!

BEFORE YOUR LASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENT, PLEASE:

​

• Do not drink caffeine the day of, preferably 24 hours in advance

• Come in with CLEAN eyes - meaning NO mascara, NO eye shadow, NO eyeliner, No false lash glue. Clients with dirty lashes WILL be charged a $7 fee for cleaning dirty lashes, no exceptions. Cleaning lashes during the time frame also reduces time to apply lashes on client. 

• Shower before your appointment! For the best retention, lash extensions should not get wet within the first 24 hours after application.

POST LASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENT:

​

• Lash warranty - It is perfectly normal for lash extensions to fall out (3-8 per day is normal). If you are seeing more fallout than normal within 72 hours after application, please call/text us at 651-219-3063 for a FREE touch up. This may be an issue with a product and we want to make sure you are happy with your lash service! Pictures are required. Limited to 72 hours after lash application. Any fall out after the 72 hour period will be charged the regular refill price.

• IF LASH EXTENSION ARE CUT BY SCISSORS, IT REQUIRES A REMOVAL AND FULL SET - NO DISCOUNT APPLICABLE. The same applies to having one or both lash extensions charred throughout the eye due to heat.

BEFORE YOUR MICROBLADING PROCEDURE, STAY AWAY FROM THE FOLLOWING:​

​

• Caffeine, alcohol – 48 hours

• Brows waxing, threading – 48 hours

• Blood thinners (Vitamin E, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Niacin) – 24 hours

• Botox – 4 weeks

 

YOU SHOULD NOT GET A COSMETIC TATTOO IF:

 

• You are pregnant or nursing

• You are undergoing chemotherapy

• You have diabetes

• You have used Accutane in the past year

• You have irritated facial skin due to tanning, sunburn, etc.

The first touch up session must be scheduled after 8 weeks following the initial session.

​

This enhancement session is crucial for the best results. Additional touch up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin and who do not follow after care instructions properly.
